Janet Marsh – Volunteer

I was aware of TWCSC long before I became a volunteer because I had attended a few of their fundraising events;  it was very apparent that the manager, trustees and volunteers are all passionate about the service they provide and will go the extra mile to help those who need it.

I was also struck by the welcoming atmosphere when attending the centre and after seeing  first hand the difference it makes to people’s everyday life it was an easy decision to become a volunteer.

I feel  very privileged to play a small part in the running of this very unique organisation and get much more out of it than I put in.
