The mechanical processes of singing can help to support physical functions, e.g. muscular exercises promote facial, throat and chest muscle mobility & help with vocal clarity strength & production. Deep breathing also encourages improved lung capacity. Postural exercises encourage improved stability standing and regulating walking pace.
Our singing sessions are very relaxed, full of fun and you do not have to have any singing ability to join in. In fact … the worse you are the more fun it is!
